His background as a Master Plumber, Marine Captain and owner of Logan Pacific Industries, a marine welding and repair company, has given him a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by workers in hazardous environments. Additionally, he holds an Internationally Accredited Marine Surveyor certificate, further solidifying his expertise in maritime safety. Recognizing the dangers associated with operating torches in confined spaces—especially within the shipbuilding and repair industries, Dave identified a critical need for improved safety measures. In response, he developed and patented the Safe-T Torch™, a groundbreaking invention designed to protect workers and prevent accidents. This innovation has the potential to significantly enhance safety and save lives across a range of industries where torches are commonly used.
